By booking your wedding at Tundra Lodge, you’ll enjoy a wide range of complimentary items designed to make your day effortless and memorable. This includes a Whirlpool Suite for the bride and groom the night of the reception, suites for up to two sets of parents that evening, a dressing room for the bridal party, and preferred room rates for out-of-town guests. You’ll also receive elegant linens and napkins, mirror tiles with votives for each table, a head table on risers, side tables such as a gift table, a hardwood dance floor, and a menu tasting for up to 4 guests — just to name a few!

Do you offer on-site accommodations or room blocks for guests?

Tundra Lodge offers complimentary on-site accommodations for the wedding couple, and parents the night of the reception, as well as preferred room rates for out-of-town guests. We set up a room block to make it easy for your guests to stay close to the celebration, ensuring everyone can enjoy the day without worrying about travel.

Can couples customize their menu or bar service?

Couples can fully customize their menu and bar service to fit their tastes and style. From specialty cocktails to menu options, we work with you to create a dining and drink experience that’s perfect for your celebration.

Are there ceremony options on-site?

Tundra Lodge offers two beautiful indoor ceremony options, allowing couples to have both their ceremony and reception in one convenient location. Each space is designed to create a warm and memorable atmosphere for your special day.

What kind of support do couples receive from your event team?

Couples work closely with our in-house Social Catering Manager from the moment they book until their big day. As your dedicated on-site coordinator, they handle all planning details at Tundra Lodge. On the day of the event, either the Social Catering Manager or a member of our experienced catering staff will be your main point of contact to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Do you host more than one event per day or weekend?

Tundra Lodge can host more than one event per day or weekend, as we have two ballrooms located on separate floors. This allows us to accommodate multiple celebrations while ensuring each event feels private and special.
