The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point is proud to offer a variety of wedding venue locations. Find ceremony and reception spaces for everything from a micro wedding to a full 350-person banquet hall. UWSP holds multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, including the beautiful Schmeekle Nature Reserve, the heavily flowered Iris Fountain, and the lawn in front of historic Old Main. The indoor reception areas include traditional banquet halls such as our Alumni Room and Laird Room in the Dreyfus University Center, an industrial underground vibe in the Encore Room in the Dreyfus University Center, and the modern architecture of the Noel Fine Arts Center. With the wide variety of rooms available, we are sure to have a space that fits the image of your dream wedding.

Not only do we have incredible space at UW-Stevens Point, but we also have an incredible array of additional services. On Point Catering, has a fantastic selection of delicious catering, all made on site and many recipes created by our head catering chef himself. Our large selection of hors d’oeuvres, including full charcuterie tables, will keep your guests entertained during cocktail hour. A full menu of options for your buffet or plated dinners will give you a chance to truly control your budget while knowing that your guests will be happy and well fed, regardless of your choices. Finally, our bakers can help create a beautiful wedding cake, or feel free to bring in your own.

The UWSP Event Technical Staff is here to help you add those extras to spice up your space and bring a personal touch. Our team can add uplighting of any color, DJ lights and sounds to keep your guests dancing all night long, and even play your photographs on a slide show to help your guests relive your childhood and early relationship memories.
