This ballroom is large and spacious! The wedding coordinator, Michelle is so great to work with. She is responsive, flexible, and on top of things. She stayed in contact with me throughout all the important planning. The covid precautions that the Radisson created and followed were very thorough. Our family style meal was plated and served to all guests, all our cupcakes in individual clear containers, and our late-night nacho bar served by staff. I heard all great things about the food from guests...it was delicious, hot, and came out in a timely manner. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend!
From the moment we started planning our wedding and toured the Radisson, we knew this was where we wanted to have our reception. Even with all the craziness of Covid, Michelle was so great to work with! All of the precautions that were put in place made all of our guests feel safe. Our family style meals were served plated, snacks were served by an attendant, and the tables were spaced 6 feet apart. We also were able to have the whole ballroom which allowed us lots of space for social distancing and allowed us to not limit our number of guests. The hotel and hotel rooms were remodeled and so beautiful. Everything was absolutely perfect! I 100% recommend the Radisson!
We worked with Michelle planning our wedding which was stress free for us. She was great very responsive and helped with all of our questions to make our day perfect! We had our ceremony and reception at The Radisson. Service, food, decorations, and staff were excellent. So glad we were able to have our wedding there!
The Radisson was amazing! We were scheduled on 8/8 and I was nervous to contact anyone when Covid first hit (hoping that if I didn't talk to anyone, it wouldn't be affecting my wedding). Michelle reached out to me and calmed my nerves. Even when the rules and regulations kept changing, Michelle kept up up to date on everything that was happening. They helped make my husband, my guests, and me forget that we were in the middle of a pandemic. If we were to plan it all over again, we would happily pick the Radisson again!
The Radisson and Michelle were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Michelle is friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly during our dinner, reception, and the entire planning process leading up.
We had our reception in the Turtle/Bear Room. Before the dinner, they hosted a cocktail hour and had food ready to snack on. The Radisson provided all of our hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and snacks. The wait staff was quick to deliver and remove all of the dinner plates which was a huge plus. The late night pizza and quesadillas were a hit!
Of course, we couldn't have had all of this planned so well without Michelle and her planning materials. She provided us with a detailed schedule outlining all of the important meeting dates, due dates, and payment dates to help keep us on track. It also kept our stress levels low. We were given a detailed checklist to fill out and a full menu to choose what we wanted to order from. It was all very precise and the expectations were clear.
We couldn't be happier with the service that the Radisson did for us. They provided everything that we expected of them and more importantly made the process simple and stress-free for us. We could not recommend them more!
