Collin & Kimberly’s Green Bay Wedding

How They Met

Fate brought Collin and Kimberly together after being assigned spots next to each other at work.

The Proposal

Colin planned a birthday lunch proposal, but when one grown child stopped over and Kimberly had to pick up her two younger children, he just smiled and said “Happy Birthday” as he pulled the ring from his pocket.

Family Makes the Day

Collin and Kimberly had a beautiful ceremony with all their family.  Kimberly will always cherish her walk down the aisle with her father. “Being able to see my soon-to-be husband all dressed up with the amazing look on his face, to the smiles on our parents’ faces, it was pure happiness performing the sand ceremony with our children.”  The couple wanted to blend their family seamlessly so took extra care to include everyone in the ceremony.  Each of their children, participated in the sand ceremony which signified the joining of their two families into one.

Photo Pit Stop

The wedding party was transported by G & S Limousine Services to Pamperin Park in Green Bay for their wedding portraits with Elite Photography by D’Ann.

Flowers

Bee Enchanted provided the flowers, which included sunflowers, white roses and blue delphinium that flowed seamlessly into the Malibu blue rustic theme of the wedding.

Venue and Menu

The couple chose the Tundra Lodge because it offered a space for it all;  from rehearsal dinner, to ceremony, to reception. It was also a great place for pictures and offered an excellent menu including broasted chicken, beef tips, mashed potatoes, and all the fixings. “Everything was all there, and it was a mini vacation with the kids before the big day.”

Sweet Treats

The Cupcake Couture created delicious strawberry, red velvet, carrot cake, and funfetti cupcakes for dessert.  The couple chose a two tier birch tree design with their initials in it for their cutting cake.

DJ Tops the List

The couple chose Advanced Entertainment for music. “We had an awesome D.J. that played all of our music from the ceremony through the end of the night” They did a wonderful job with all the introductions etc. Best DJ I have heard! All our vendors were great, but the DJ was at the top of our list!”
