We spoke with DuBois about the suiting they provided for our recent styled shoot at the Gibson Social Club in Oshkosh:

Ike Behar Suits

Ike Behar is an American heritage clothing brand launched in New York in the 1960s by Cuban-American Isaac Behar. The brand remains family owned to this day with Ike Behar’s three sons running the company’s operations.

The Ike Behar burgundy Marbella Coat is slim-fit, lightweight wool with a black satin lapel, black trim, and black buttons.

The Ike Behar Ashton is also a slim-fit lightweight wool, but with a satin edge peak lapel, one-button front, vented, with stretch armholes.

Kenneth Cole Suit

Kenneth Cole is an American clothing designer and entrepreneur. You’ll see his name not just on suiting, but on shoes, perfumes, and more. The Kenneth Cole suit featured in our shoot is the Heather Gray Lennox—vented slim-fit, self faced notch lapel with satin trim, and a two-button front.

Trends in Men’s Formalwear

We asked DuBois why they chose these suits and how they reflect industry trends. Here’s what they had to say: “Slim-fit suits and tuxedos have been the trending. It allows the most diverse fit for men of all shapes and sizes. Not only does this type of the suit photograph amazingly, it hugs in all the right places. It accents and minimizes the torso, and elongates the legs. With these suits, we wanted to showcase a diverse selection of colors while keeping that classic feel.”
