Many wedding plans are static, things like the date and the ceremony site, but others can be fluid, such as rehearsal dinner times and shuttle locations. While you may have everything properly planned and documented that doesn’t mean that your guests do, if there are any changes, big or small, relay the information to all those that will be affected. Also, don’t forget to inform your vendors of any changes, they too have tight schedules to maintain.
