Years ago it would be unheard of to take pictures before the ceremony but today’s couples know that by doing just that their wedding can both look good and run smoothly for everyone involved. After the ceremony spirits are high (wedding party and guests alike) and the last thing anything wants to do is stand around taking photos, not only will your guests thank you by not having to find somewhere to entertain themselves but you will have the added bonus of your hair and makeup looking as good as it will be all day. Couples that wish to do a “first moment” shot still have the opportunity to do so; all that’s required is a little bit of planning with your photographer and wedding planner.
