The days of the bride and groom departing for their honeymoon immediately following their wedding are long gone. Whether it’s because of logistics with a career, saving up the necessary funds, or simply being burned out from wedding planning, a honeymoon can be delayed for weeks or even months after the actual event. While it’s nice to have one less thing to worry about in regards to your wedding planning don’t put off the trip so long that it no longer feels like a special getaway for you and your partner.
